Project coordinator

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of customer service experience.
     

  • Track record of longevity with previous employers.

SCHEDULE

  • Part-time, 10-20* hrs. per week. *Hours may vary based on schedule.

  • Position has ability to grow to full-time.

  • We will work with your schedule to promote work-life integration.

COMPENSATION

  • Starting $15/hr - $20/hr.* *Compensation will be based upon experience.

  • Short and long term incentive programs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Oversight of the successful completion of projects and initiatives. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

May include and are not limited to:

 

ADMINISTRATION

  • Schedule meetings and workload

  • Create forms and templates

  • Write procedures

  • Organize client virtual files and playbooks

  • Assist in hiring and onboarding for our team and clients

  • Light bookkeeping

  • Research brain, behavior, and organizational development

  • Grant research and applications

  • AP: Vendor communications

DEVELOPMENT

  • Technology

  • Client curriculum

  • Social media

  • Life coaching

  • Community Outreach

  • Assist in client meetings and initiatives

  • Assist in creating & facilitating team building workshops
