They say you can only become truly accomplished at something you love. I’m thankful I get to do what I love for a living. I love accompanying both individuals and businesses on their journey of growth in the workplace.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege to work with various companies in different industries. In each role I led, I was immersed in learning about process development and how it impacted the employees and customers. The most impactful process I learned, was the importance of putting people first. I believe there is hidden potential and possibility in everyone, and sometimes people just need someone who believes in them. This sparked something in me that ignited my life's passion.
Accompany Suite incorporates that passion—to discover the possibilities when you put people first. I knew that if people loved the work, the environment was healthy, and there were systems in place to rely on, we could help businesses build infrastructures people could trust, believe in, and grow from. It is thrilling to take a small part in empowering others to grow and developing new ways that help businesses properly steward the people they've been given to lead.

BEKAH LANGLEY
Training & Development Coach
A dear friend and mentor once told me, “We can figure out anything as long as we’re honest with each other, able to laugh and learn from our mistakes, and willing to try even when it’s uncomfortable.”

I’ve since made it my mission to work with those around me to break down the barriers through honest and vulnerable interactions that inspire a collaborative environment. We must speak life into our team. The way we communicate with each other can either speak life or speak death. It’s imperative to understand the weight of our words and how to best communicate with those around us which can only be done by truly knowing those around us.
​
When we can remove the filters and be honest about our fears or doubts, we can declutter our thoughts and lean into our strengths to find solutions. Through this process, we eliminate prolonged frustration, loss of productivity, and ultimately create true sustainable growth. This is the sweet spot every company aspires to be in.

As a coach at Accompany Suite, I’m thankful I get to work with businesses that believe in the value of honest conversations and want to create and sustain an engaging and supportive environment.

Change isn’t always easy or comfortable, but with the right guidance, what seems scary can be really fun and life-changing.

Since the age of 8, I've been working. Raised to help in the family business when I wasn't in school, I've learned the value of a hard-earned dollar and the need to believe anything's possible.
​
I've gained a wide perspective when it comes to being a husband and father. I've been the guy who worked long hours and hardly saw his wife and kids, and also a stay-at-home dad who homeschooled! This unique experience has made it possible for me to help men and women better connect with the root issues that so many marriages and parents face. ​
I'm the host of Gathering Grumblers, a monthly Zoom call for men that serves as a confidential space to flush out things that frustrate or exhaust them. There, they gather, grumble, stop the stumble!
​
I also hold JamSessions with clients who are stuck. Whether teaching people the guitar or drums, playing a game of chess, or helping organize a garage, I use different platforms to engage our clients to help them push past the lies they tell themselves and achieve the things they desire. I may not have met you yet, but I already believe in you!

HALEY GOEBEL
Marketing & Operations Coordinator
I’ve always been drawn to work that allows me to help others and create environments where people feel supported, encouraged, and able to grow. That’s what excites me most about being part of Accompany Suite! The heart behind the work here aligns so closely with my own — serving people with intention, creating clarity in the midst of complexity, and helping cultivate spaces where others can thrive.
​
My background in education and ministry gave me a foundation in caring deeply for people and managing the details that help communities function well. Whether in a classroom or supporting pastoral teams, I found myself most energized when I was organizing, building structure, or creating systems that made life easier for others.
​
Pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling has only deepened that passion. I’m continually learning how to foster emotional health, encourage growth, and contribute to environments where people feel valued. My faith grounds every part of that work, and I strive to approach each task with humility, purpose, and a heart centered on Christ.
At Accompany Suite, I get to bring all of that together — organization, care, strategy, and heart. Being here allows me to live out what I feel called to: serving others well and helping build spaces where purpose and people come first.

Maddie
MADDIE HERNANDEZ
Digital Marketing
Storytelling is one of my greatest passions. There is nothing like connecting people through words and visuals. I’ve been creating videos and content for as long as I can remember, and recently felt called to pursue the gifts God has given me in a more intentional, professional way.
At Accompany Suite, my role as Digital Marketing Intern allows me to do just that. My focus is on humanizing our platforms - sharing the faces, stories, and heart behind the work we do. Through behind-the-scenes moments and highlighting client experiences, I help give a clearer picture of what Accompany Suite does and the impact of people-first leadership.
Whether I’m creating social content and graphics, attending events to capture meaningful moments, or crafting professional videos for speaking engagements, each day brings something new. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of a faith-filled team and look forward to continuing to tell the stories that make Accompany Suite special.
