Kristine
KRISTINE GOEBEL
Founder & CEO​​
For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of people, leadership, and business; learning how the way we think, communicate, lead, and work together directly impacts the health and performance of an organization.
​
My career began with nearly a decade at Toyota, where I had the opportunity to learn Toyota’s Signature Process directly from Toyota Motor Corporation; an experience that shaped how I think about people, processes, continuous improvement, and organizational performance.
I then spent 14 years with a CPA and wealth advisory firm, where I ultimately served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner. In 2014, while still with the firm, I founded my first HR consulting company to serve its business clients, expanding the work I had been doing internally to serve other organizations.
I hold a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences with studies in Business Administration, a combination that continues to shape my approach to organizational health and development today.

I believe there is tremendous potential in people and that healthy organizations create the clarity, expectations, systems, and relationships that allow that potential to grow. A business doesn’t change itself; people do. And no system can outperform the health of the people operating it.

Since the age of 8, I've been working. Raised to help in the family business when I wasn't in school, I've learned the value of a hard-earned dollar and the need to believe anything's possible.

I've gained a wide perspective when it comes to being a husband and father. I've been the guy who worked long hours and hardly saw his wife and kids, and also a stay-at-home dad who homeschooled! This unique experience has made it possible for me to help men and women better connect with the root issues that so many marriages and parents face. ​
I'm the host of Gathering Grumblers, a monthly Zoom call for men that serves as a confidential space to flush out things that frustrate or exhaust them. There, they gather, grumble, stop the stumble!
​
I also hold JamSessions with clients who are stuck. Whether teaching people the guitar or drums, playing a game of chess, or helping organize a garage, I use different platforms to engage our clients to help them push past the lies they tell themselves and achieve the things they desire. I may not have met you yet, but I already believe in you!

Marketing & Operations Coordinator
I’ve always been drawn to work that allows me to help others and create environments where people feel supported, encouraged, and able to grow. That’s what excites me most about being part of Accompany Suite! The heart behind the work here aligns so closely with my own — serving people with intention, creating clarity in the midst of complexity, and helping cultivate spaces where others can thrive.

My background in education and ministry gave me a foundation in caring deeply for people and managing the details that help communities function well. Whether in a classroom or supporting pastoral teams, I found myself most energized when I was organizing, building structure, or creating systems that made life easier for others.
​
Pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling has only deepened that passion. I’m continually learning how to foster emotional health, encourage growth, and contribute to environments where people feel valued. My faith grounds every part of that work, and I strive to approach each task with humility, purpose, and a heart centered on Christ.
At Accompany Suite, I get to bring all of that together — organization, care, strategy, and heart. Being here allows me to live out what I feel called to: serving others well and helping build spaces where purpose and people come first.
